We are looking for both junior and senior consultants who want to develop, maintain, and modernize some of society's most business-critical systems.

The Assignment

As an Application Specialist, you will work together with the region's employees in a dedicated team responsible for the maintenance, development, and automation of healthcare systems.

The work includes both ongoing system administration and further development of processes and technical frameworks.

The goal is to ensure high quality, stable operations, and at the same time increase the degree of automation and efficiency over time.

You will work with

• Ongoing case management and error resolution
• Configuration of new features and modules
• Sprint-based changes and improvement work
• Configuration of processes and workflows
• Integrations between systems and services
• Testing in connection with upgrades
• Development of automation and deploy pipelines
• Script development and technical frameworks
• Automated documentation of system configuration

We are looking for both junior and senior consultants

Junior Application Specialist

You have post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience.

You are curious, structured, and want to develop within system administration, configuration, and digital healthcare development.

Previous experience with healthcare systems is not a requirement.

The region offers introductory training, mentoring, and specialist education.

Senior Application Specialist / Team Lead

You have experience with:

• System administration
• Application support

• Team leadership or mentoring

You will function as a mentor for the team and contribute to establishing working methods, quality assurance, and technical development.
