The County Administrative Board is a crucial coordinating link at the interface between the state, region, municipality, business sector, and individuals. The County Administrative Board works to ensure that national goals are implemented in the county, while taking regional conditions and prerequisites into account. This includes balancing important societal interests and resolving goal conflicts. The County Administrative Board has a broad and multifaceted mandate regarding both tasks and subject areas. The authority's main duties include permit assessment, supervision, knowledge dissemination, and coordination within many societal sectors. Approximately 230 people work here, and our head is the County Governor.

Description

As a Communicator/Web Editor, you will be placed in the Business Support Department, which includes the units for HR, Communication and Service, Economics, and Information Management. Together with other communicators, you will support ongoing internal and external authority communication. This involves both operational and strategic work, with some focus on web publishing and digital media. The duties also include supporting the organization's projects and providing communication advice.

Responsibilities

In your role as Communicator/Web Editor, you will work with our external website, our intranet, and other web environments. Together with other communicators, you will also support ongoing internal and external authority communication. This entails both operational and strategic work.

The position also involves close collaboration with managers and employees within the authority. Therefore, a consultative approach and good teamwork skills are important, making it easy to build good relationships, along with a sense of service and accessibility.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a university degree in the field of communication, or other equivalent education and experience that the employer assesses as comparable.

• You have experience creating and developing target-group-adapted communication, messages, and texts, preferably also moving image content.
• You have documented knowledge of and experience with web publishing in Site Vision and WordPress.
• You are a proficient user of Adobe CS programs and Office in a PC environment.
• You have experience working with digital and social media, and have good knowledge of the practical application of the accessibility directive according to WCAG 2.1.
• You write and speak fluently in both Swedish and English.

Conditions

The position is a temporary assignment during the summer period, until August 31, 2026. There may be an opportunity for extension.
