Job responsibilities

• In the role of customer service representative, you will greet customers and handle incoming cases at the office, via phone, email, and chat. With a service-oriented attitude and in a trustworthy manner, you guide all customers regarding the bank's products and services. There are significant internal development opportunities.

We are looking for you who

• Have completed upper secondary education
• Have experience in a service-oriented role
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as the position involves a lot of communication both orally and in writing.
• Hold a B driving license

It is meritorious if you have

• Experience working with finance and administration
• Completed higher education or university degree
• Hold Swedsec's mortgage and advisory license

Other information

• Location: Torsby, but work in Sunne and Sysslebäck may occur.
• Scope: Full-time, 38.5 hours per week.
