Today, we are represented in ten locations across West Sweden, offering authorized full-service facilities with car sales, service workshops, and spare parts distribution in Mariestad, Skara, Lidköping, Karlstad, Arvika, Skene, Kungsbacka, Varberg, Falkenberg, and Halmstad. Motor Trend is also one of nine authorized Lexus dealers in Sweden, with our exclusive Lexus facility established in Karlstad. Our certified Lexus workshops are located in Karlstad, Mariestad, and Halmstad.

About the position

You will be part of a team with other salespeople, where you strive together for both common and individually set goals. It is your experience and ability to connect, greet the customer, and understand their needs that we value.

You will receive product training on Toyota's wide model range once you are with us.

We look for someone who has a strong interest in creating long-term relationships, the ability to build trust, and is easy to cooperate with.

The position is a full-time job with regular working hours Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00. Work every other Saturday is included according to the schedule. In connection with customer events, trade fairs, and other activities, occasional evening and weekend shifts may occur.

We are therefore looking for you who thrive with flexible working hours and appreciate meeting customers when the business happens.

What you will do

As a car salesperson with us, you are more than just a seller – you are the company's face and the one who makes a difference in the customer's experience.

  • As a salesperson with us, you handle the entire sale, from the meeting with the customer to the delivery of the car and follow-up.
  • You also actively work on selling ancillary services such as service contracts and accessories.
  • Ensure that every customer leaves us with a smile and a sense of security.
  • Work with our modern CRM platform for follow-up and development of customer contacts.
  • Be an important part of our concept BRIT – Best Retailer In Town.

We are looking for you who

  • Are a documented and experienced car salesperson with a few years in the industry.
  • Are driven and goal-oriented and understand the importance of working proactively.
  • Are social, driven, and have a passion for sales.
  • Are good at building trust and providing top-class service.
  • Enjoy challenges, high tempo, and working towards goals.
  • Thrive with responsibility and want to contribute to a positive team spirit.
  • Have good computer skills and a B driving license, which is a requirement.
