As a 'Polar Bear', you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our client's retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain but move between the chain's different stores as needed. You book your own shifts quickly and easily via our app, choosing the shifts that suit you and your schedule. We are currently expanding our pool in Arvika, but it is an advantage if you are also available to work in Kristinehamn, Sunne, Karlstad, and Säffle.

OBS! During the stores' holiday periods, we cannot hire and train new staff, so it may take some time before you hear from us, and employment may not become available until the end of or after the summer.

As a salesperson, you are involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, stockroom duties, and picking. As a salesperson, you always provide a great customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work as part of a team with your colleagues in the store.

Important information:
To be considered for this position, you must, according to the collective agreement, have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or work part-time at least 50%, or be a self-employed entrepreneur with active F-tax. Unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with your application if you do not meet any of these requirements. Please clearly describe your current occupation in your application.

Experience/Qualifications:
- You have completed upper secondary education
- You have previous experience as a retail salesperson with personal sales in retail
- You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during daytime per week; there is also the possibility to work weekends and evenings
- You can work irregular hours and can step in with short notice
- You have good language skills in Swedish and English
