We are now looking for a customer service star who wants to become part of the Nordic region's leading supplier of subscription-based dietary supplements! Apply today, we are conducting rolling selections!
About the role
Our client is located in Hammarö, just outside Karlstad city. They trade in natural products such as health food and medicines and are one of the leading suppliers of dietary supplements via subscription in the Nordic region. They strive for simplicity for their customers and therefore offer delivery of dietary supplements directly into the mailbox.
In the role of customer service representative, your primary focus will be to deliver high-quality service via phone and email, as well as actively working on upselling. You will work in the front office together with nine customer service colleagues in an open-plan office with high ceilings and a lovely atmosphere. They value all their employees highly, and on the office floor, there is a welcoming atmosphere where laughter is never far away!
You will start with a 1–2 week introduction where you will learn routines, systems, and ways of working. A mentor will support you and show you where to find information and how to build product knowledge. You will also listen to calls to learn how to conduct customer dialogues in the best possible way. After the introduction, your work will be followed up continuously to provide the best possible conditions for success, with a focus on competence development through call monitoring and feedback.

Responsibilities
In the role of customer service representative, you will act as the face of the company, which is why it is important that you are receptive and have a strong customer focus. Being service-minded and having a "the customer is always right" attitude will be a prerequisite for both succeeding and thriving in the role. Since part of the work involves actively guiding customers and presenting relevant products, we would like you to have previous sales experience and feel confident taking the initiative in customer dialogues. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls and handling cases via email.
- Handling order processing, returns, and invoice inquiries.
- Handling product and subscription inquiries.
- Working towards set goals.
- Actively working on upselling and holdback.
We are looking for you who
- Understand and can communicate fluently in Norwegian.
- Have experience in customer contact and sales from previous roles.
- Have worked with phone/email as work tools.
Meritorious
- Understand and can communicate fluently in Finnish.
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
- Organized.
- Responsible.

Other information
- Start: August.
- Scope: Full-time, office hours Monday–Friday.
- Location: Hammarö.
