We are looking to expand our team with additional dedicated employees for our bridal boutique.

Here, you will meet customers every day who are planning one of life's biggest and most memorable days. It is our honor to help both brides and prom girls find their dream dress – a task that requires sensitivity, empathy, and an eye for style.

As an employee in our store, you are a crucial part of the customer's experience. To succeed in finding the right dress, you must:

• Be sensitive to the customer's wishes.
• Be able to offer suggestions and see possibilities.
• Have genuine commitment and a very high sense of service.
• Be flexible and comfortable meeting different types of personalities, adapting to the customer.
• Always strive to do that little extra to exceed customer expectations.

The work also includes some administration and ongoing maintenance of the store (both interior and exterior) so that every customer is met with an inspiring and welcoming environment. Unpacking goods, steaming dresses, etc., are also part of the job.

You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You should be able to understand Norwegian as we have many customers from Norway, and you must be able to communicate in English as we also have customers from other countries.

Good to know:

• The work can be physically demanding. Bridal gowns are sometimes heavier than they look, and we carry them throughout the day.
• Saturdays are our most intensive day, so you need to be able to work at least every other weekend. Otherwise, we can be somewhat flexible with the schedule and adapt to your preferences.
• The work can feel stressful as we are booked with customers, and since we work with people, days do not always go as planned.

The most important thing for us is to find the right person – someone who shares our commitment to service and customer interaction. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and grow with us in the long term.

The position includes a probationary period of the first 6 months, followed by a permanent contract.

We would prefer that you can start immediately or within a couple of months.

Since we are hiring 2 people, the scope of the position can be discussed according to preferences. This ranges from part-time work (Saturdays) to a position of up to approx. 75% (includes weekdays plus at least every other Saturday).
