Now we are looking for a new colleague who will be driving this transformation and gets energy from working with engagement and a forward-looking attitude. The customers are primarily located in Karlstad/Arvika. The place of work is Karlstad or Skövde.

About the Role

In this role, you contact businesses via phone to present and sell our marketing services. Your task is to understand the customer's unique needs and be able to convey and explain a tailor-made solution in a simple and vivid way.

This is a high-energy job where you own the entire sales process from the first call to the booked ad.

About You

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have experience in telemarketing. You are comfortable with the phone as your primary tool and know what it takes to spark interest both digitally and verbally. New customer acquisition is a large part of the job.
• Have great communication skills. You are social, good at building relationships, and quickly create trust with the customer.
• Like freedom under responsibility. We live in a changing world with a high tempo and deadlines where you choose how to structure your day yourself.
• Are pedagogical and business-minded. You can quickly analyze the customer's situation and explain the value of our marketing so that the customer understands the benefit.

It is meritorious if you have worked with marketing previously. However, it is not a requirement, as ongoing internal training is included for everyone.

A B-driver's license is required.
