About the Store Salesperson Role

We are looking for someone who wants to provide our customers in Arvika and the surrounding area with the best possible service and support them with qualified advice in the store. Our customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain.

You will work with all tasks that occur in a store, and it is expected that you take initiative and responsibility and want to be part of our journey to develop the store towards new successes. The person we are looking for today will be responsible for our Plumbing (VS) department.

As a store salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for advising the customer, completing the sale, and ensuring they leave the store with fantastic treatment, service, and the best products for their needs.

In our store in Arvika, you will be part of a team with a total of 3 store salespeople. We who work in the Arvika store value team spirit and continuous development in our roles. At Ahlsell, there are great opportunities for competence development, and only you set the limit for how much you want to learn. We are on an exciting journey towards our 2030 goals, and working at Ahlsell is both educational, challenging, and fun!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is open, responsible, and service-oriented. You need to be a person who is detail-oriented and accustomed to working with data and in various business systems.

In the Arvika store, we put the customer in focus, and being solution-focused and working for maximum customer satisfaction is something we value highly.

To provide our customers with good service, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and have a positive attitude. We work together at Ahlsell to make it easy for our customers – we call it One Ahlsell.

Your background may vary, but we would like you to be generally technically knowledgeable and preferably have experience in the installation industry or have had a sales role previously. We consider it an advantage if you have experience from plumbing installation or have worked with plumbing materials.

Please mention in your application if you have a forklift license as it will be required in your role. If you do not have a forklift license today, we will arrange it when you are on site with the team.
