As a Polare, you are employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on behalf of one of our client's retail chains. You primarily work within one retail chain and move between the chain's different stores as needed. You book yourself quickly and easily via our app for the shifts that suit you and your schedule. Right now, we are expanding our pool in Säffle, but it is an advantage if you can also work in Sunne, Kristinehamn, Karlstad, or Arvika.

NOTE! During the stores' holiday period, we cannot hire and train new staff, so it may take some time before you hear from us, and employment may not become available until the end of / after the summer.

As a salesperson, you are involved in all the store's regular duties such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, warehouse, and picking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer interactions. You take personal responsibility and work in a team with your colleagues in the store.

Important information:
To be considered for the position, you must, according to the collective agreement, have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or work part-time at least 50%, or alternatively be a self-employed person with active F-tax. Experience/Qualifications:
- You have completed upper secondary education
- You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales in retail
- You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week; additionally, there is also the possibility to work weekends and evenings
- You can work irregular hours and can step in with short notice
- You have good language skills in Swedish and English

- You are a team player who thrives in close collaboration with colleagues
- You are flexible and enjoy not having a fixed schedule
