We are currently looking for summer staff to cover when our regular employees are on holiday. The position is part-time (50%, approx. 20 hours/week, with the possibility of overtime) and you will work on a varied schedule during the store's opening hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–20:00 and Saturday–Sunday 10:00–19:00. During merchandise deliveries, work starts at 06:00, which may also be part of this role. The work will primarily take place during the period of June 1 – August 31, with the possibility of extension after the summer. We would be thrilled if you wanted to develop Rusta together with us! Your role as a salesperson Working in a Rusta department store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No two days are alike! You will work with and take responsibility for various tasks every day; from cash register duties and customer service to restocking and rearranging store sections. Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• Always prioritize customer and sales focus and contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• Work efficiently with cash register duties, store display, pricing, inventory management, and restocking (including stocktakes).
• Maintain order and cleanliness.
