About the Role

As the Sales Manager for Bread, you are responsible for ensuring our bread department is well-stocked, inspiring, and inviting to our customers. You are responsible for orders, display, quality, and shrinkage, as well as ensuring the department maintains a high standard.

The role also includes work within catering and the cold room, where you prepare and produce products for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the store's bread department.
• Ordering and picking goods.
• Display and sales.
• Responsibility for soft bread, cakes, bake-off bread, and hard bread.
• Work with catering and the cold room.
• Ensure order, quality, and good food hygiene.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and good teamwork.

We are looking for you who

• Are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact.
• Are responsible, structured, and self-motivated.
• Have an interest in food, sales, and display.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks.
• Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment.

Experience from grocery retail, bakery, catering, or the cold room is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
