The Municipal Executive Board staff is the municipality's central support to the organization. Here are gathered the finance office, personnel office, municipal executive office, as well as the culture and leisure unit.

Description

We are now looking for an engaged and driven employee for a fixed-term position where you will have the opportunity to work strategically and municipality-wide with important societal issues.

The position is part of the municipality's development work related to the implementation of the new Social Services Act, with a special focus on preventive measures. You will belong to the Municipal Executive Board staff within the culture and leisure unit.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will work across administrations to:

• Map existing working methods, policies, and steering documents within gender equality and violence prevention work.
• Contribute to the municipality's continued development work in the area.
• Collaborate with various operations and actors to strengthen the preventive work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant higher education in areas such as public health, behavioral science, psychology, or pedagogy.

It is meritorious if you have knowledge in gender equality, violence prevention, as well as experience in analytical and strategic work.

You work systematically and take responsibility for driving your work forward with engagement and independence. At the same time, you are flexible and see opportunities in change and development.
