As a Customer Service Representative, you are often the customer's first point of contact with the bank – and thus a key player in creating a positive customer experience from the very start. Together, we help each other to collectively meet all customer needs.

Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative include:

  • Receiving and assisting customers who visit any of our three offices
  • You will work at all three offices according to a schedule
  • Staffing our customer service via phone and our digital channels
  • Answering questions about the bank's services and products
  • You actively sell the bank's products and services based on the customer's needs
  • You call customers and book appointments for advice with your colleagues.

Job Details:

  • Location: Our offices in Charlottenberg, Åmotfors, and Koppom
  • Scope: Full-time (38.5 hours/week)
  • Employment type: Permanent, with an initial probationary period
  • BESTA code: 21D1
  • You report to Office Manager Ludvig Furtemark.

  • Have a good ability to handle several tasks in parallel and thrive in a sometimes fast-paced work environment
  • Are communicative and enjoy explaining things in a clear and pedagogical way.

Requirements:

  • Have experience from service and/or sales
  • Have completed upper secondary education. It is an advantage if you have completed higher education or university studies in economics or equivalent.
  • Have a B driving license to be able to travel between our offices
