As a Customer Service Representative, you are often the customer's first point of contact with the bank – and thus a key player in creating a positive customer experience from the very start. Together, we help each other to collectively meet all customer needs.
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative include:
- Receiving and assisting customers who visit any of our three offices
- You will work at all three offices according to a schedule
- Staffing our customer service via phone and our digital channels
- Answering questions about the bank's services and products
- You actively sell the bank's products and services based on the customer's needs
- You call customers and book appointments for advice with your colleagues.
Job Details:
- Location: Our offices in Charlottenberg, Åmotfors, and Koppom
- Scope: Full-time (38.5 hours/week)
- Employment type: Permanent, with an initial probationary period
- BESTA code: 21D1
- You report to Office Manager Ludvig Furtemark.

- Are service-oriented and proactive towards the customers you meet
- Are a team player, but also confident in working independently
- Have a good ability to handle several tasks in parallel and thrive in a sometimes fast-paced work environment
- Are communicative and enjoy explaining things in a clear and pedagogical way.
Requirements:
- Have experience from service and/or sales
- Have completed upper secondary education. It is an advantage if you have completed higher education or university studies in economics or equivalent.
- Have a B driving license to be able to travel between our offices
