About the role
As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Karlstad, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where your main responsibility is to ensure the gym is in top condition and that members receive the best possible experience.

In the role of Gym Coordinator, you will belong to the Karlstad cluster and work at facilities in both Karlstad and Kristinehamn. The position is a temporary hourly role with a good chance of working up to 40–60 % during the summer. After the summer, there are good opportunities to work part-time (40 %). Working hours are Monday–Thursday, and the desired start date is immediate.

Your main responsibilities as a Gym Coordinator will include:

• Ensuring the gym is clean, tidy, and functioning well through daily checks and actions.
• Handling service issues and independently performing minor repairs and maintenance of gym equipment.
• Conducting safety checks according to established routines and checklists.
• Reporting major repairs.
• Conducting member rounds, which include returning weights, replenishing materials, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
• Inventorizing consumables and placing orders as needed.
• Carrying out cleaning and hygiene routines.
• Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
• Conducting open houses and introductory tours for new members as needed, to give them a welcoming start at the gym.

About you
We are looking for you with a completed high school diploma who is handy and has an interest in machines and equipment. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions. As a person, you are engaged, adaptable, and thrive working according to established routines and processes.

Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in training and health, and you see long-term potential in your work at Fitness24Seven. Since this is a part-time position, we prefer that you are studying or have another part-time job that can be combined with this role.

Key requirements for the role:

• Completed high school diploma.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in a similar role within service, property, maintenance, or security is an advantage.
• A B-driving license is an advantage.

Since the role involves working alone and handling payments, you must be at least 18 years old.
