Your Workplace

The Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic in Karlstad currently has four outpatient clinics receiving patients from Karlstad, Hammarö, Kil, and Forshaga. Here, patients with severe conditions such as depression and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder are treated.

Your Responsibilities

The tasks are varied, involving both independent work and collaboration with fellow healthcare administrators and treatment staff in various groups and teams. As a healthcare administrator with us, your duties include healthcare documentation, follow-up work, mail handling, scheduling, reception and cash register work, administrative support in referral groups, and booking patients. You also have the opportunity to participate in various improvement projects and develop routines and working methods.

The position may involve some coordination responsibilities.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for you who are trained as a healthcare administrator. It is an advantage if you have a few years of experience and have completed other relevant training that could benefit the operations.

As a person, you are secure, stable, and service-oriented. You have good personal maturity and can adapt to changed circumstances. You work in a structured manner and find it easy to collaborate with others. Furthermore, you are relationship-building and have the ability to maintain contacts in a way that benefits the operations. You see the big picture and consider the broader perspective in your work.
