About the role

In this position, you will work with the company's payroll and parts of the economy, ensuring that everything is handled correctly and smoothly. You are independently responsible for the payroll process and handle parts of the ongoing economic administration. A key part of the job is to comply with current laws, tax regulations, and collective agreements. Together with the rest of the organization, you contribute to developing working methods and routines to create structure, quality, and security in daily operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you work independently with the entire payroll process, from start to finished payroll, and are responsible for employer declarations and reporting to authorities. You also handle customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable, as well as ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations. As part of the finance function, you participate in monthly closing and ensure that collective agreements, such as those from Teknikarbetsgivarna IF Metall and Unionen, are interpreted and applied correctly. In your daily work, you support managers with payroll and cost-related questions and contribute to structure and security in financial operations.

We are looking for you who

You have a post-secondary education in payroll and/or finance and have several years of experience in similar tasks. You are accustomed to working in payroll and financial systems and have good system proficiency, preferably in Kontek Lön and Monitor G5. You thrive working independently, take responsibility for your work, and feel confident in your professional role. As a person, you are meticulous, have high integrity, and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You communicate easily and feel comfortable holding dialogues with both managers and employees. At the same time, you have an interest in systems and improvement work and would like to contribute to developing and streamlining working methods and routines.
