Your workplace

The operations in Region Värmland have the operational responsibility for systematic working environment work. Regionhälsan, which is Region Värmland's embedded occupational health service, supports managers and employees in their work. We are 14 employees who provide specialist competence in strategic and operational working environment work. We work consultatively in close collaboration with the client, Region Värmland. Regionhälsan has Värmland as its workplace with reception centers in Arvika, Karlstad, and Torsby.

Your responsibilities

As a Behavioral Scientist with us, you will among other things work with:

• Counseling of individuals and groups
• Conflict management and support for managers
• Supportive conversations, assessment interviews, and counseling with a focus on rehabilitation
• Psychosocial working environment issues
• Crisis counseling

Your knowledge and competencies

We are looking for you who are a Behavioral Scientist with Level 1 education. Experience of work within occupational health is considered meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have further education in or experience of the area of rehabilitation, organizational and social working environment, as well as experience of working with CBT and/or ACT. Since the work may involve travel within the county, a B-driver's license is required.

You have a genuine interest in people and thrive in collaboration with others, with the goal of contributing to a good working environment for the employees of Region Värmland. You are goal-oriented, self-initiating, take initiative, and have good analytical skills. You express yourself clearly and well in both speech and writing, while being receptive and taking in others' perspectives. Through your way of communicating, you create trust in your relationships.
