The Swedish Electrical Safety Authority (Elsäkerhetsverket) works for a safe life with electricity. We work to ensure that electrical installations and products are safe, that the industry and electrical professionals have the right competence, and that the public is aware of the risks associated with electricity. We also serve as the supervisory authority under the Act on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC).

The position is located in Kristinehamn at the Business Support Department and is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
Job Description
The work as a Registrar is varied and includes, among other things, case management, registration, case processing, archiving, and disclosure of public documents, as well as training and support for case handlers and managers. You will work independently to register, assess, and handle public documents in accordance with state regulations and internal governing documents. You will also provide service and support to the public.
You will act as a support for the operations regarding issues concerning public access and confidentiality, as well as archive reporting. You are familiar with case management systems, you are operational, self-reliant, and attracted by the opportunity to be part of our continued development work.
Formal Requirements
To be qualified for the position, you must:
- have at least a upper secondary education or other education that we assess is relevant for the position,
- have experience from diary registration and from digital case management systems,
- have experience working as a Registrar or case handler in the public sector,
- have good knowledge of document management, destruction, and archive reporting,
- have knowledge of and/or experience with the laws and regulations that govern the work of authorities, especially public access and confidentiality,
- be able to express yourself simply and clearly in speech and writing in Swedish,
- have the personal qualities outlined in the competency profile.
