As part of our savedesk team, you will work with customers who are about to terminate their services. Your task? Identify needs, present offers, and save the customer relationship using some of the market's strongest brands.

In addition to the savedesk role, you will also work in our other sales departments – such as new customers, passive customers, existing customers, B2B, or appointment setting.

In our pure customer service assignments, where you handle everything from orders and invoice inquiries to technical support and other administrative matters, we work both days and evenings, and weekends may occur.

About the role

We are looking for you who are passionate about customer contact and enjoy finding solutions that create value – for both the customer and the company. In the role of Customer Service Representative with a focus on savedesk, you handle calls and chats from customers considering terminating their services, and your task is to turn the situation into something positive.

You will:

🛡️ Fixed base salary from the first day of employment

📅 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30, Scope 87.5% (Evenings, weekends, and on-call duties may also occur)
📍 Location: Karlstad
💰 Salary:
- Under 24 years: 126.33 SEK/h (which corresponds to ≈ 21,097 SEK/month on a 100% scope)
- Over 24 years: 146.45 SEK/h (which corresponds to ≈ 24,458 SEK/month on a 100% scope)
💸 + Commission from day one
