Do you want to be part of developing a business area with great potential? As a Key Account Manager for Banks and Leasing Companies, you will become a key figure in Klaravik's work with banks, finance, and leasing companies. Here you will combine long-term relationship building with sales. In this role, you drive the work to ensure that assets related to financing, leasing, and repossessions achieve the best possible sales through Klaravik.
What your job will involve
As Key Account Manager for Banks and Leasing Companies, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with banks, finance, and leasing companies. You will be their natural contact person and advisor throughout the entire sales process, from the moment a repossession occurs until the asset is sold.
The focus is on building trust and long-term collaborations rather than traditional new customer acquisition. You work closely with our clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for collaboration, and ensure that Klaravik is the obvious choice when repossessed assets need to be sold.
When a new assignment comes in, you are responsible for coordinating the process internally. You ensure that the right auctioneer is involved, follow up that the assignment is progressing according to plan, and act as the link between the client, the auctioneer, and the buyer. The role therefore involves both relationship-building work and a significant amount of administration and coordination.
The role is based at the headquarters in Karlstad, where you will spend most of your time, and you report to the Head of Key Accounts.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships and has a genuine interest, natural sales drive, and aptitude for customer collaboration. You are structured, communicative, and have an easy way of building trust with customers and partners.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have experience from the banking, finance, or leasing industry and a good understanding of how these businesses operate. Perhaps you have worked as a customer manager, business advisor, account manager, or in another role where you have built and developed customer relationships over time.
You are accustomed to managing multiple contact areas simultaneously and have the ability to combine a business perspective with careful administration and follow-up. You like to take responsibility, drive processes forward, and ensure that both customers and internal colleagues have the right conditions to succeed.
We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is relationship-oriented, humble, and solution-focused.
We would like you to have:
- Experience from the banking, finance, or leasing industry
- Experience in customer responsibility, relationship management, and sales
- Good administrative skills and experience in coordinating processes
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Details
Employment type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period
Work location: Karlstad (headquarters), with travel as part of the role
Start date: According to agreement
