We are looking for a Customs Process Administrator for our office in Eda
We are looking for a temporary case handler, Customs Process Administrator, for our office in Eda for a fixed-term assignment extending to 31/3-27.
As we put the customer at the center, we have high demands on service skills, the ability to work in a team, and the willingness to take responsibility. You should also be able to handle a high work pace while being meticulous, having high work capacity, strong service orientation, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
The work consists of preparing customs documents for various customers during our opening hours: Sunday 12:00 – Friday 23:00 (24/7) and Saturday 09:00–17:00.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Administering customs declarations
• Interpreting regulations
• Classifying goods
• Maintaining good dialogue with customers, the Swedish Customs Agency, and other authorities
We are looking for you who have:
• Experience from the industry or other work experience, as well as a completed upper secondary education
• A positive attitude and the ability to build good customer relationships
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• High service awareness and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ease in working in a team, as well as good ability to work independently
