Are you looking for a rewarding part-time job alongside your studies where you can get a glimpse into the insurance industry? Are you detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable with administrative tasks? Then you might be the person we are looking for to join our business support team.

About the role

As a member of the Business Support team, you will handle daily administrative tasks related to our private property and accident insurance products. You will become a key resource for the group while one of our colleagues is on a part-time assignment elsewhere.

Examples of responsibilities include:

  • Handling payment inquiries
  • Providing administrative support to our advisors
  • Other administrative tasks that contribute to order and quality

The position is part-time, approximately 40 percent. We prefer that you are available to work 1.5–2 days per week.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

  • is detail-oriented, structured, and enjoys order and organization
  • enjoys providing good service, both internally and externally
  • takes responsibility for their tasks and thrives in a team environment
  • is proficient with computers and expresses themselves well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

We believe you are currently studying, preferably in economics, law, systems science, social sciences, or a similar field, and are curious about the insurance industry.

Merits:

  • experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative work
  • familiarity with working in various IT systems

Personal suitability is important – we are looking for someone who is engaged, solution-oriented, and spreads positive energy within the team.

About us

In the Business Support group, we handle everything from payment inquiries to working in our internal insurance systems and supporting advisors. The group consists of eleven employees working with property insurance within private, agricultural, and corporate insurance. We are solution-oriented and help each other for the benefit of the customer and the company. Here, you will become part of a well-functioning team where we share knowledge and collaborate closely with other parts of the business.

Other information

This is a fixed-term position at approximately 40 percent. Start date by agreement, with a planned start around the end of August/beginning of September until the turn of the year 2026/2027. The position may potentially be extended.
