We are looking for an Interim/Consultant Payroll Administrator for a client in Karlstad

Assignment Scope

• Scope: 100 %
• Period: February - October
• Location: Karlstad (not hybrid from Stockholm)

About the Assignment

We are now looking for a relatively junior and service-oriented Payroll Administrator. In this role, you will be an important part of the payroll function and work operationally with the entire payroll process in an organization with many contact points.

Your main tasks will include:

• Daily payroll processing and administration
• Registration and follow-up of discrepancies
• Handling of travel expenses
• Control and quality assurance of payroll data
• Monitoring of sick leave and other absences
• Contact with authorities
• Ongoing dialogue with managers, employees, and HR departments

You will work in the systems HR-plus 8 and SAP, and the role involves close collaboration with several functions within the organization.

Who are we looking for?

We believe that the ideal candidate has:

• Post-secondary education in payroll, or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in payroll administration
• Good understanding of payroll processes and regulations
• Experience with HR-plus 8 (meritorious)
• Experience with SAP (meritorious)

• Available to work on-site in Karlstad

Competency Level

• Knowledge: Relevant education in the field and experience with payroll administrative tasks
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in similar assignments
• Supervision: Works under some guidance
• Independence: Can independently perform defined tasks
