We are currently seeking a Job Coach for our offices in Värmland.
As a Job Coach in this position, you should be able to staff our offices as needed in Karlstad, Kil, and Kristinehamn, including during holiday periods.
When you work as a job consultant with us at Guldjobbet, you need to be skilled at building sustainable relationships with employers - our employer contacts are what make us so successful in placing our participants in jobs.

Therefore, it is important that you have a genuine interest in helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency through employment or education.
Responsibilities
As a job consultant, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Actively create business contacts to help participants get into internships or employment
- Practical work with participants such as assessments, goal setting, language training, computer training, creating application documents, interview training, individual matching for jobs or education, etc.
- Reporting in internal and external data servers
- Planning and development plans with continuous follow-up of goals
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is social and enjoys having various contacts with both employers and participants. We want you to have good organizational skills and already have an established network within the industry. You have your own drive and are passionate about helping our participants find employment. You should enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, and be skilled at creating structure in your work. You must have a good ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you have very good knowledge of the Office suite, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of English and Arabic is an advantage.
Applicants must also meet the following requirements:
Option 1
- Education: A university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The provider decides which field of study is most appropriate to achieve the goals of the position.
- Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work may also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.
Option 2
- Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.
- Work experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- Leadership with personnel responsibility.
- Recruitment.
- Transition work for job seekers.
- Career and educational guidance.
- Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration).
- Work with labor market issues.
- Work with social and group psychology.
- Career counseling.
- Part-time work may also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.
The employment may be extended.
