As a mentor at Lyckojobbet AB, you will work in the Rusta and Matcha service in the same and/or other locations.

In your role, you will mentor, coach, prepare, and match job seekers to jobs or studies, as well as establish and maintain business contacts.

You love working with people from diverse backgrounds and needs, always see solutions for individuals, and you are both positive and professional in your role.

You will also work with follow-up, results, and have daily administrative tasks in various systems. Business contacts are very important, fun, and challenging for you.

We are looking for someone who is driven, wants to create results, is positive, self-sufficient, goal-oriented, engaged with other people, and a stress-resistant person with experience in matching services.

You must also have post-secondary education and experience through one of the following:

Option 1: At least 120 higher education credits (80 credits according to the previous system) or equivalent credits from

Vocational training in one of the following areas:

Working Life

Organization and Personnel Work

Study and Career Guidance

Business Administration

Psychology

Behavioral Science

Occupational Therapy Education

Social Work Education

Social Sciences

Pedagogy

To be approved according to option 1, the main focus of the education must be one of the listed subject areas or that the majority of the education consists of the listed educational areas.

Work Experience for Option 1:

-At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time, the work experience must have been obtained within the last five (5) years.

-Part-time work may also be approved if the total working time over the last five (5) years corresponds to full-time for two (2) years.

Option 2:

At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.

Work Experience for Option 2:

-At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks “see below”. The work experience must have been obtained within the last five (5) years.

-Part-time work may also be approved if the total working time over the last five (5) years corresponds to full-time for two (2) years.
