About the Position

We are looking for a self-driven and systems-oriented finance/system manager for a temporary assignment of up to 2 months for our client in Arvika. The assignment is suitable for you who can quickly familiarize yourself with systems and independently drive financial and administrative processes.

Responsibilities

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Setting up and maintaining suppliers and managing approval flows in Anysys
• Ensuring and managing connections between the financial system and the bank
• Getting stamps and connections between time reporting and payroll items in Hogia to function
• Setting up and administering personnel schedules
• Preparing VAT reports
• Responsible for Intrastat reports and periodic summaries for EU VAT
• Handling ongoing bookkeeping
• Driving system-related issues and ensuring that solutions are developed in dialogue with the sales team, system owners, and suppliers

We are looking for someone who

• Has good experience with financial systems, preferably Anysys and/or Hogia
• Has very good knowledge of Excel
• Is self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented
• Is accustomed to quickly getting into new systems and working methods
• Can independently drive issues and obtain answers from the sales team and system owners
