Our client is now looking for a driven accountant/auditor or authorized auditor with an entrepreneurial spirit, who wants to help build a growing agency in Karlstad.

About the role

This is a role for you who want to combine your expertise in accounting, auditing, and consulting with developing business and building customer relationships. You will largely drive your own agenda – from establishing new customer contacts to shaping how the agency will develop in the future.

Initially, the assignment is more about developing the business and creating growth. There is a smaller customer base as a foundation, but the great potential lies in new sales and relationship building. There is also an opportunity for co-ownership for the right person. If you want to help build something from the ground up and at the same time share in the value you create, the role offers a chance to become a significant part of the agency's future over time.

You will be part of a group with several business segments, including recruitment, which gives you access to networks and business support that can help the agency grow faster than if you were to start completely from scratch.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has both experience and drive to take the lead. Perhaps you are currently working as a leader, accountant, or auditor at a larger agency but long for more freedom to influence and shape the business without having to start completely from scratch.

For the role to work best, we would like you to live in Karlstad or the surrounding area, or have a clear desire to establish yourself here. Proximity to customers, partners, and the internal network is an important part of building the agency forward.

Requirements for the position:

• Relevant academic education in economics
• At least 3 years of experience in qualified economic work
• Very good knowledge of Fortnox
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in business or operational development
• A desire to build long-term

• Used to leading others or driving projects
• Interested in combining customer work with business development
• Unafraid to build new and take responsibility for growth
