The Health and Care Administration has a user-oriented approach - we all work together to provide users with quality care and support every day. Within the Health and Care Administration, around 400 proud and dedicated employees work in home care, nursing homes, support for people with disabilities, health and medical care, social psychiatry, and regulatory activities. Description
We are looking for a Business Developer for the Health and Care Administration in Forshaga Municipality.
As a Business Developer with us, you will be part of the administration's staff, working closely with the administration manager and operations manager on quality work.
Responsibilities
As a Business Developer, you will work according to politically set goals, the administration's quality work, and specific operational issues. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and following up on the development and quality areas that the operations conduct. You will facilitate knowledge sharing and experience exchange within the administration. We use the quality system Stratsys, and you will be part of the central quality network. The work involves collaboration both internally and externally.
Your role includes monitoring the external environment as well as ensuring the quality of the work related to the administration's core mission.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role of business developer, you are structured and self-driven, with the ability to drive development work from idea to implementation and results. You work goal-oriented and have a strong sense of quality.
You have an analytical and creative approach and are happy to contribute new ideas and solutions. You have the ability to create and maintain structure even in complex processes, prioritize what leads forward, and meet deadlines. You act professionally even in pressured or changing situations and can easily see both the big picture and details.
You enjoy collaborating with others and find it easy to make contacts and build relationships and networks. You are attentive and communicative, contributing to participation and dialogue. The position requires you to express yourself well in both speech and writing and to adapt your message according to the audience and situation.
Conditions
You will have the chance for an exciting and varied job in a close team with the operations manager and administration manager. We are facing an exciting time with the transition to the new Social Services Act, where you will be a key person.

The position is a permanent employment at 100%, where a probationary period may apply.
Start date by agreement, preferably March 1.
