ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of Payroll Administrator, you will be part of a close-knit team of 6 experienced colleagues. Your primary focus will be to handle cases that come in via email and phone. You will manage reporting, handle employment matters, and provide support to employees and managers. To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you are service-oriented in your contacts both internally and externally and are willing to take your own initiatives in your independent work.

You will be employed by us at Academic Work and work on an assignment that lasts at least 6 months with our client, with a chance of extension. We need you to be able to start working immediately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Handling employment matters
• Sick leave and leave reporting and associated controls
• Support to employees regarding time reporting and payslip questions
• Reporting to the Social Insurance Agency and sick pension fund

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have a relevant background in e.g. administration, finance/payroll/HR, through education and/or experience.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
• Have good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previously worked in the payroll system HR + 8.
