Description
As an HR Officer, you will be part of our HR team and work operationally with administrative HR tasks.
The role includes HR administration, preparation and compilation of statistics, as well as follow-up and preparation of various decision-making and reporting materials.
You will be responsible for reporting and administration of insurances, handling invoicing, and providing ongoing support to the HR function and the organization as a whole. The work involves many contact points and close collaboration with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
The job requires you to switch between different tasks, manage changing conditions, and at the same time maintain structure, quality, and good service.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- University degree/qualification deemed relevant by the employer
- Documented good ability to express yourself in speech and writing
- Experience in operational HR work or similar administrative roles
- Experience in qualified administrative work within HR/personnel or other equivalent activities
- Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite
Meritorious:
- Experience working in the public sector
- Experience in invoicing and statistical work
