Your main responsibilities include:

Our mission as a Customer Service Representative in Eda primarily involves taking care of the customers who visit any of Eda's three offices, as well as staffing the bank's customer service via phone. Here we handle everything from customers' general inquiries about, for example, our digital banking services, to assisting with all types of individual questions that the customer may have for their bank and sometimes booking further advice when there is a need for it.

In many cases, you are the customer's first contact with the bank, and to thrive in the role requires a flexible approach, as well as the ability to collaborate easily with other departments. Together we help each other to collectively meet the customer's needs!

We believe you are a good fit for the role if you:

• Are service-oriented and enjoy meeting customers.

• Currently have experience from other service professions or sales.

• Are good at collaborating, but at the same time are capable of working independently.

• Are good at managing many tasks at the same time, which means you have resilience even when there are many parallel tracks and time pressure.

• Have relevant education, preferably in economics or equivalent.

• Have a B driver's license to easily travel between the different offices.

• The position is located at our three offices in Eda Municipality - Charlottenberg, Åmotfors, and Koppom, and you will work at all three offices on different days.

• Full-time, start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

• New employment begins with a probationary period.

• We provide relevant training for the position, which takes place during working hours.

• As an employee at the Edakontor, you will also be involved in covering for summer vacations.

• Reports to our branch manager Ludvig Furtemark.
