Lawyers Wanted at the Legal Unit

The Legal Unit is seeking two lawyers with a focus on administrative law, total defense, and medical law.

Your Responsibilities

Primarily, you will support the agency's department that works with medical and psychological testing. You will also assist the agency's other operations with legal matters, draft proposals for internal governing documents and the agency's regulations, conduct internal training, and participate in the agency's data protection efforts.

You will also work on handling divisions and referrals, as well as making decisions regarding the disclosure of public documents.

The workplace is in Karlstad. Travel may occur as part of the job.

Your Qualifications

The tasks require that you have:

• A completed law degree or equivalent
• Experience in legal work within the public sector
• Very good skills in spoken and written Swedish

It is advantageous if you have:

• Good knowledge of administrative law
• Experience working in total defense
• Knowledge of medical law
