The Vårdval Office is organized directly under the Health and Medical Care Director's function.

Within the Vårdval Office, the care options available in the Värmland region are managed. Currently, these are the care options for health centers and physiotherapy. In addition, providers operating under the national tariff are managed. A major focus for us is to work towards good and close care for everyone in Värmland.

We are now looking for an administrator for the Vårdval Office who will specifically work with the listing system and contact with citizens regarding listing issues. In addition to the designated responsibilities, you will participate in other parts of the Vårdval Office's work.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of administrator at the Vårdval Office, you will be responsible for the administrative management of the listing system. You will also be the contact person for citizens regarding listing questions, which means answering inquiries over the phone, via e-services in 1177, and by post.

Additionally, you will be part of the team working at the Vårdval Office and provide administrative support in various processes. You will be responsible for documentation at various meetings conducted under the auspices of the Vårdval Office.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone with relevant knowledge and education in health and medical care. Your interest and commitment to development and quality work are important. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system is valued. You have a good ability to collaborate and build relationships, as well as share your knowledge and experiences. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
