Customer Service Representative for Hammarö

You will be employed by Manpower but work for our client whose operations are located in Hammarö. The assignment is set to start at the end of March, and the duration of the assignment is long-term with a chance of direct employment with the client.
What does the job as a Customer Service Representative entail?
In this role, you will respond to incoming inquiries from customers in the Nordics, primarily Sweden and Norway.
Your tasks will include:
- Order reception
- Invoice inquiries
- Product inquiries
- Subscription inquiries
- Upselling and holdback
You will respond and communicate using phone, computer, and email.
The assignment begins with a short training and introduction. You will report to the team leader, who will also provide ongoing coaching to help you develop in your role as a Customer Service Representative. Working hours are daytime 08:00-16:30, or 7:00-15:30 Monday - Friday.
Who are you?
As a Customer Service Representative, it is important to be a social and outgoing person with a sense for relationships. Previous experience in customer service is a prerequisite, and you feel comfortable speaking with customers on the phone as well as actively working with upselling and holdback. You have a positive attitude and find it easy to collaborate with others. In your interactions with both customers and colleagues, you maintain a respectful and humble approach. Satisfied customers are our client's primary goal, and you play an important role in that.
We are looking for someone who:
- speaks fluent Swedish and Norwegian and can express themselves in both languages in both speech and writing.
- has good computer skills
- is skilled at creating and maintaining relationships
- is used to working with phone and email as communication tools
