Over a million Swedish villas are facing the need to renovate their sewage systems – and we are looking for more colleagues who want to join us on this journey. With us, you will work with the sales of relining sewage pipes for homeowners and small properties, while contributing to saving natural resources and extending the lifespan of existing homes.

About the role as a Salesperson in Relining

As a salesperson at Renoa, you will have an independent and challenging job out in the field, where you drive the entire sales process – from customer acquisition and technical customer meetings to quotes and closing. You will report to Per-Anders Larsson, Team Leader for the sales team in Örebro/Karlstad and become an important part of our successful team.

Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for generating new customer meetings and handling incoming leads

  • Book and conduct needs analysis and technical customer visits using camera equipment

  • Prepare quotes and sell relining at our customers' homes

  • Document and follow up customer contacts in our CRM

  • Be responsible for achieving individual, team, and company goals

  • Do you have a technical interest and want to learn more about smart renovation solutions?

  • Do you want to take responsibility for the entire sales process and love varied tasks?

  • Are you a driven salesperson who is passionate about making deals and building long-term customer relationships?

  • Do you master communication and negotiation – and know how to turn objections into opportunities?

  • Are you competitive, persistent, and goal-oriented, but also a team player who enjoys achieving success together with others?

We would like you to have:

  • High school education

  • Experience in proactive sales to private customers

  • IT skills, preferably within CRM and digital quoting tools

  • Swedish in speech and writing (English is a plus)

  • Driver's license B
