About the position
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to quotation and closing. You will manage and develop relationships with existing customers in the public sector and business community while actively pursuing new customers in Värmland.
You will be offered an independent role where you alternate between customer visits and administrative work in the office. Here, you will join a professional and customer-driven team that values knowledge sharing and helping each other move forward. You will work closely with our sales support and your colleagues to ensure we deliver the highest quality in every project.
Responsibilities
Engage new and existing customers via phone and visits
Be responsible for writing quotations and placing orders
Build long-term relationships with buyers and decision-makers
Collaborate with support and project managers on larger deals
About you
We are looking for someone who has
Experience in sales and customer service, for example from retail or store environments
Good computer skills and administrative abilities
A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is a plus if you have previous experience in the interior design industry or knowledge of public procurement.

You are also business-minded and solution-oriented, which allows you to see the bigger picture in every deal. You are driven to find the best solution based on the customer's budget and functionality and will not rest until the deal is secured.
