About the role
As a salesperson at Preconal, you will be an important part of our team in Karlstad. You will be responsible for the entire flow, from the first customer inquiry to delivery, ensuring that our customers receive the right solution. The role includes drawing doors and sections in our design program, project planning, calculating, and providing quotes for doors and sections, as well as facades, windows, and related products. You will work independently towards your own sales budget and actively contribute to building and developing our district in Karlstad and surrounding areas.
Your main responsibilities
- Draw doors and sections in our design program
- Calculate, price, and provide quotes for doors, sections, facades, windows, and related products
- Create, maintain, and develop business relationships with both new and existing customers
- Be responsible for the entire process from inquiry to delivery to the customer
- Inform customers about our products, news, and offers
- Follow up on your sales and contribute to achieving both individual and collective goals
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in the construction industry, preferably as an installer, project manager, salesperson, or site manager
- Is self-driven, curious, and structured
- Has a strong customer focus and strives to build long-term relationships
- Is a team player with good social skills and contributes to a positive atmosphere
- Has experience in sales to resellers and end customers
- Has a B driver's license and is accustomed to working with CRM systems and the Office suite
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has good knowledge of English
