First of all, let us start by saying that a job at Circle K is not for everyone. But it suits many, and we who work here love it!

During our time, we have seen many colleagues come and go. Those who choose to throw in the towel often say that the job was too complex, that the list of tasks was too long. However, those who stick it out have in common that they can handle the pace and love the feeling of doing a good job.

What we need now is a really good colleague and team player who:

• Is motivated to deliver top service to everyone who visits the station.
• Keeps a cool head and speaks clearly when the line is long, the coffee machine is empty, and the car wash has stopped.
• Rolls up their sleeves when the pallets of windshield washer fluid need to be unpacked and prepared for sale, treating it like a workout.
• Is interested in food and makes it a sport to prep the best burger as far as the eye can see.
• Understands that you need to clean the restroom and mop the floor, even if it’s not always your favorite task.
• Loves people and takes responsibility for keeping the station area as tidy outside as inside.
• Wants to make a contribution to a greener and more sustainable society along the way.
• Is at least 20 years old and has a B driver's license for manual cars.

For those of us who work part-time, few believe they can make a career here. But it is possible! Many of those who now run our stations or work in our office started their careers as part-time salespeople.
