Perfekta Industrier is on an exciting development journey. With extensive experience in advanced cutting machining with high quality, a strong customer portfolio, and high delivery reliability, the company is now taking the next step in its commercial expansion. We are now looking for a Sales Manager who wants to help drive the business forward – and at the same time become an important part of Perfekta's management team.

About the role

As a Sales Manager at Perfekta, you will have overall responsibility for creating, driving, and developing the business – from the first customer contact to the order entering production. This means that you actively seek out new projects, provide input to technology and preparation, coordinate the quotation process, and drive dialogue through several meetings until the project starts production. With a team of technically strong colleagues, you will quickly become a central player who can focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and creating business.

The role also includes identifying new customer segments, coming up with marketing ideas, and being a key person in developing the company's future strategy for sales and marketing. Perfekta wants more – and here you have the chance to help shape the journey.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a technically strong salesperson with experience in cutting machining and industrial sales. You are used to driving complex deals, discussing technical solutions with customers, and taking responsibility throughout the process. You thrive in a role where you can be both operational and strategic and where you can help build the sales and marketing efforts moving forward.

As a person, you are energetic, goal-oriented, and proactive – you dare to think outside the box, challenge, and take space. You are self-driven, confident in your skills, and appreciate close collaboration with technology and management.
