KILLNOISE is a Swedish company that manufactures functional and stylish earplugs. We work at festivals, concerts, and events.

You have a good rapport with people, are engaged, and spread positive energy to always ensure your sales team feels comfortable and well. You are a natural leader, with great initiative and organizational skills. You are responsible and self-sufficient, and you excel at juggling multiple tasks. As a Sales Leader, you will work with sales at large concerts in the Karlstad area and beyond.

Your main task is to engage, drive, and coach your sales team to perform at their best during the event. You prepare sales materials, manage restocking of products and cash registers, and wrap up and organize after the event.

In the summer, there is an opportunity to work at festivals and in other locations in Sweden and Denmark.

You thrive in event settings and see great value in taking on significant responsibility for personnel and sales early on. Experience with cash handling, leadership responsibilities, and/or backgrounds in sales, sports, and teamwork are advantageous but not required. Your attitude and personality are the most important!

The job is primarily performed in the evenings and on weekends, and you have the flexibility to choose how much and when you want to work. Perfect for those studying at university or with another part-time job.
