We are now looking for an experienced and reliable payroll administrator for a longer consulting assignment with a values-driven and established organization where safety, order, and quality permeate the working methods. The payroll function plays a central role and is an important part of creating stability in the organization's daily operations.

The assignment is flexibly designed and can be either staffed by a full-time consultant or shared between two consultants working part-time, which means that even those looking for a part-time position are warmly welcome to apply.

About the position

In the role of payroll administrator, you will work operationally and closely with the business on the entire payroll process. The assignment involves clear responsibilities and is suitable for those who appreciate structure, accuracy, and many points of contact. You will work daily with payroll management, where tasks include handling discrepancies, travel expenses, and payroll-related controls.

An important part of the role is also to monitor sick leave and other absences, as well as to maintain ongoing contact with managers, employees, HR, and external parties such as authorities. The work is conducted in the systems HR-plus 8 and SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves collaboration at multiple levels within the organization and requires both good communication skills and a service-oriented, consultative approach.

The total scope of the assignment is 100 %, but can be divided between two consultants working 50–100 % each. The work will be performed on-site in Karlstad.
