About the job

At the HR unit, we support managers and employees through operational and strategic work within the HR area.

Depending on your experience, you will work as an HR partner with one or more areas such as competency supply, work environment, salary formation, wellness, personnel administration, and more.

Are you the one we are looking for?

You have a university degree in personnel and labor relations and preferably broad experience in HR work. You are accustomed to working in digital systems.

You are attentive, have integrity, and a professional approach. You are proactive and focus on assignments and solutions. Your communication and collaboration skills are excellent, and you meet others with attentiveness, respect, and care. Developing yourself and your work and finding ways to simplify is natural for you.

About the employment

Temporary position during the vacancy period, but no longer than until 2026-12-31. The place of work is Karlstad. Start date according to agreement.
