Your new role

As a Payroll Administrator with our insurance client, you will work daily with payroll administration and ensure that payroll processes maintain high quality.

Your tasks are varied and include, among other things:

  • Management of payroll runs and payroll-related discrepancies

  • Administration of travel expenses

  • Controls and follow-up of payroll data

  • Monitoring of sick leave and other absences

  • Contact with authorities

  • Ongoing dialogue with managers, employees, and HR functions

You will work in modern support systems such as HR-plus 8 and SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves many points of contact and close collaboration with various parts of the organization at multiple levels.

Scope of assignment: Full-time, 100% Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters. Start: Immediately. End: 2026-09-30, with the possibility of extension. To be successful in this role, you need
  • Post-secondary education in payroll.

  • Several years of experience in payroll administration.

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Meritorious: Previous experience with HR-plus 8.

  • You are positive, social, and enjoy having many contacts within the organization and like to help and provide the best possible support.
