Job Description

In the role of Payroll Administrator, you will work daily with payroll. This includes managing deviation reporting, travel expenses, various payroll controls, and monitoring sick leave or other absences. You will be in contact with authorities as well as managers, employees, and HR departments.

The support systems our client uses are HR-plus 8 and SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves many points of contact at all levels of the organization.

Mandatory Requirements

• We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in payroll or several years of experience working with payroll or equivalent work experience.
• Furthermore, you have a strong service mindset and a consultative working approach.
• You have an interest in payroll issues and are structured and meticulous.
• You are positive, social, and enjoy having many contacts within the organization and like to help and provide the best possible support.

Desirable Requirements

• It is a plus if you have worked with HR-plus 8.
• It is a plus if you have worked with SAP SuccessFactors.

Assignment Scope

• The scope of the assignment is 100%
• During the period 2026-02-02 - 2026-09-30.
• Location: Karlstad
