We are looking for a Payroll Administrator for an organization in Karlstad. Start as soon as possible, 8-month assignment to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Karlstad.

About the role:

In the role of Payroll Administrator, you will work daily with payroll. This includes handling deviation reporting, travel expenses, various payroll controls, and monitoring sick leave or other absences. You will have contact with authorities as well as managers, employees, and HR departments.

The support systems we use are HR-plus 8 and SAP's SuccessFactors. The role involves many points of contact at all levels of the organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in payroll or several years of experience working with payroll or equivalent work experience. A merit is if you have worked with HR-plus 8.

Furthermore, you have a high sense of service and a consultative working approach. You have an interest in payroll issues and are structured and meticulous. You are positive, social, and enjoy having many contacts within the organization and like to help and provide the best possible support.

This role requires fluent knowledge of Swedish.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Karlstad. Start is immediate, 8-month fixed-term assignment to begin with, with the possibility of extension thereafter. This assignment is 100% on-site in Karlstad.
