Are you a responsive and goal-oriented person who wants to create positive change for people? Then this could be the job for you. In this position, we are looking for someone who is interested in people and driven by coaching, empowering, and developing others. You will work within the framework of the “Rusta och Matcha” service, where the vision is to reduce unemployment and social exclusion. Your coaching will take place both through individual conversations and at the group level through lectures and workshops. The work also involves networking with companies and employers to match existing recruitment needs with your participants' competencies. • Conduct individual coaching sessions

• Map participants' competencies, strengths, and needs

• Support in the practical aspects of job searching (e.g., CV and cover letter)

• Plan and conduct group activities for job seekers

• Create contact and network with employers

• Administer and report according to the guidelines of the Employment Service

Education: University degree of at least 180 higher education credits. Work experience: At least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two years.

Education: At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.

Work experience: At least three years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

• Management with personnel responsibility

• Recruitment

• Transition work for job seekers

• Career and vocational guidance

• Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)

• Work with labor market issues

• Work with social and group psychology

• Career counseling

(Part-time can also be accepted if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three years).

For this position, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. It is an advantage if you are multilingual and/or have previously worked with similar tasks.
