About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the company. There may be opportunities for extension of the assignment.

The company is the leading global developer and supplier of technology, automation, and service within the pulp, paper, and energy industries. The company is part of a Finnish group and delivers plants, equipment, process solutions, service, and expert assistance to paper mills, chemical and mechanical pulp mills, fiberboard, and energy industry worldwide. The company has a large customer base in Scandinavia, where three out of four Swedish paper mills are supplied by this company. More information about which client company it concerns will be provided during an interview.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will administer the import of goods and import declarations in the customs system. Additionally, you will ensure that the declarations are made correctly and that there are permits from the customs authority, as well as that the correct agreements are used for different countries. Furthermore, you will ensure that the documents look correct and that they have the right commodity codes. An important part of the job is to provide advice and information via the import email to other departments, as well as classify goods and check what applies to each specific item. Ongoing tasks include monitoring deliveries, continuous follow-up work, invoice handling, and making transport bookings. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in logistics and production, where you contribute to a smooth flow from supplier to customer.

• Education or experience in logistics and customs management is an advantage

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
