In Karlstad, we are a cheerful group of 16 economists and one lawyer with mixed competencies and experiences. This allows us to meet both existing and new clients' needs in many different areas.

Under the leadership of our current branch manager Bo Lundberg, the office has grown in both the number of clients and employees. Now Bo will focus on other exciting assignments within Fyrklövern, including his role as Chief of Technology and Quality. Therefore, we are looking for a new branch manager who wants to take over and continue developing our office in Karlstad.

About the position

The position means that you have personnel and financial responsibility for the office. You are responsible for creating conditions for a good working environment with good collaboration, and as a result, meet the profitability goals for the office. You work strategically to further develop the office in accordance with the existing strategic plan. You are part of a group of branch managers who collaborate closely to achieve our set goals. With us, there is an opportunity to drive development in a growing company.

In addition to the role of branch manager, you work within one of our business areas: economics & consulting, law, or payroll. You enjoy mentoring and helping others develop their skills.

Who are you?

You have at least five years of experience in a consulting role within one of our areas: economics & consulting, law, or payroll. You already have your own client responsibility and the ability to capture the client's needs. If you have experience from an accounting firm or similar consulting business, we see it as a positive.

In addition to your experience as a consultant, you either already have - or want to take the step towards - a leadership role. You agree with us that good leadership motivates and creates security. You are attentive to the group's and individual's needs and have a clear employee focus. You are curious about your employees' potential and continuously develop your leadership to meet that.

You have good self-leadership and create the structure needed to succeed both as a consultant and a leader. You always have the client's best interests in mind and create success in our assignments by establishing the right conditions for our employees.

You recognize yourself in the guiding principles of our leadership philosophy – brave, inspiring, present, and clear.

To thrive at Fyrklövern, you should be positive, cheerful, solution-oriented, and possess a good portion of common sense. You enjoy communicating with those around you and are open to new knowledge and others' opinions. If you are down-to-earth and unpretentious, you will enjoy working with your new colleagues. With your sense of responsibility and driven approach, the willingness to achieve goals within set deadlines, and curiosity to take on challenges, you will feel at home in our work environment.

Based on your genuine interest in the work, you are always keen to create trusting and long-term relationships with your employees and our clients. Fyrklövern believes in soft values and places great importance on your personal qualities.

You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and see yourself as a good user of various IT systems. As the position may involve travel to our other offices, clients, and partners, having a driver's license and access to a car is a plus.
