About the role

As an Accountant, you will be a key person in the finance department. You will work broadly with accounting, reconciliations, and reporting, as well as assist several companies within the group. It is a varied position where you will be involved in multiple aspects of financial work. The position is based in Karlstad, and business travel may occur during employment. A hybrid model with 1–2 days of remote work is available after the training period.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
• Management of accounts payable and invoicing
• Account reconciliations and accruals
• Tax management and declarations
• Independently handle year-end closing and financial reporting
• Personnel administration and payroll management

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a self-driven, analytical, and structured person with experience in accounting. You have a good understanding of financial flows and thrive in a role where you can take responsibility.

Requirements

• University degree in finance
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting
• Experience with financial systems (Visma & Pyramid is a plus)
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
